Sample Conciliation Clause for Bylaws*

Any claim or dispute arising within or involving this organization shall be settled by mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian ConciliationTM; judgment upon an arbitration decision may be entered in any court otherwise having jurisdiction.

Sample Conciliation Clause for Contracts*

* Should you use one of these clauses, it would be wise to provide the parties with a copy of the Guidelines for Christian Conciliation or, at a minimum, the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation (either by hard copy or by website link)
